Reheating
These bases can be toasted in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 4 minutes and then topped, or they can be topped and then finished in the oven for 5/6 minutes.

The special preparation gives the focaccia perfect crumbliness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Delicious on its own, it's excellent when filled like a sandwich or topped like a pizza.
