We looked for a place that could welcome you with the scent of warm bread, a place to interpret our baked goods in well-rounded gastronomic combinations, and another that could become a landmark for the city: from breakfast to aperitifs, from lunch to snacks, all the way to coffee breaks.
So we created three.

Il Posto
In the heart of Pordenone, Il Posto is a shop, café, bar, and bistro—perfect for your daily supply of bread and baked goods or for a delicious break at any time of day. Here bread, the heart of our business, is offered on its own or paired with other selected ingredients, all with an artisanal history, to offer a complete tasting experience: for takeout, a quick tasting, or as a gift for a special occasion.

Lo Spaccio
Right next to the Laboratory, the authentic heart of Follador, Lo Spaccio is a retail point for fresh bread, Roman-style pizza by the paddle, stuffed focaccias, fresh pastries, cookies, and leavened cakes. Not only that: it is also a café and snack bar for a coffee break, lunch, or an aperitif. Behind the large counter, through a wide window, you can watch the laboratory in action, because we like to be transparent in everything we do. No secrets: it's all right before your eyes.

La Bottega
Our origins are here, in the small family bakery in Prata di Pordenone. Today, in the renovated store, we offer our full range of breads and loaves, fresh and dry pastries, traditional cakes, breadsticks and crackers, biscuits, leavened products, pizzas by the paddle, and focaccias. Here too, you can stop for a tasty and healthy break, or buy our products to take away and enjoy them, always fragrant and genuine, at home.
