Storage
Once packaged, the product keeps for 15 days in the fridge at 0/+4 °C. You can freeze it upon arrival.
Reheating
The bread needs reheating in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 3–5 minutes before being sliced and filled. Time varies depending on the desired crispness.
