Storage
The product can be stored in the fridge for 15 days at 0/+4 °C. It can be frozen upon arrival.
Reheating
We recommend topping the product as desired and finishing the baking in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 6 minutes.

The special preparation gives the focaccia perfect crispness and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Delicious on its own, it's excellent when filled like a sandwich or topped like a pizza.
