The product packaged this way keeps for 15 days in the fridge at 0/+4 °C, in a well-sealed paper bag. Upon arrival it can be frozen.
Preparation
The bread requires regeneration in a preheated oven at 200° for about 15 minutes. Time varies depending on the desired level of crispness.
