Forno Follador at SIRHA LYON 2025
Craftsmanship and leavening methods, supply chain and raw materials, territory and the pleasure of good food: these are the themes that will inspire Forno Follador's participation—within the spaces of Tecnoarredamenti and t-studio (Hall 4 – Stand F84)—at the 2025 edition of SIRHA LYON, the world's leading event for catering and hospitality, scheduled from January 23 to 27 in the French city.
“SIRHA LYON is an unmissable event where experiences and visions from all over the world converge to serve the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. We are very happy to take part in this dialogue, because since 1968 we have been working to promote the craftsmanship of food artisans. On this special occasion, we are presenting two new items that will soon arrive at the counters of our stores in Pordenone—the croque madame and the croque monsieur—to celebrate the meeting of bread culture and two of the most iconic recipes in French cuisine,” says Antonio Follador.
