Privacy Policy
In this section, we want to inform users about how and why we process the personal data of those who access and browse our websites/blogs. This processing takes place during navigation of the sites/blogs, as well as after they are closed. This page also serves as an extended privacy notice, which we provide to users of our sites/blogs pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code").
This Policy does not apply to other websites accessible to users through any links published on our website/blog.
This Policy takes into account all relevant regulations, with particular reference to:
- Recommendation No. 2/2001 of the Article 29 Working Party, concerning minimum requirements for collecting personal data online in the EU;
- Directive 2009/136/EC, amending Directive 2002/58/EC (the so-called e-Privacy Directive), concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector;
- the General Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority "Identification of simplified methods for information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies" of May 8, 2014.

Types of data processed
1) Data voluntarily provided by users
Voluntarily sending emails to the email addresses indicated on the sites/blogs results in the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the email.
Users are free to provide their personal data through online forms and contact forms to request newsletters, informational and/or advertising material, as well as other periodic or occasional communications. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible to obtain the requested service. Users can stop receiving newsletters and other communications at any time by following the instructions included in each email received.
Panificio Follador may invite users to participate in surveys aimed at assessing the quality of services offered. Any information provided by users will be processed exclusively in relation to the survey itself.
2) Browsing data
The computer systems used to operate the websites/blogs acquire, during their normal operation and only for the duration of the connection, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes: IP addresses or the names of computers used by users who connect to the websites/blogs, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of requests, the method used to submit requests to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), the characteristics of the browser used for navigation, the size of the window in which the browser runs on the device used, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computing environment.
This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the sites/blogs and to check their proper functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to establish responsibility in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the sites/blogs: even in this case, contact data does not persist for more than seven days.
3) Cookies
Cookies are small text strings that the website sends and stores on the user's device, to be used by the site itself during the user's next visit. During navigation, the user may also receive cookies on their device that are sent from different sites or web servers (belonging to so-called "third parties"), on which some elements may reside (such as images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the visited website.
Cookies are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, monitoring sessions, storing information about specific configurations regarding users accessing the server, etc.
Two main categories are identified: (i) "technical" cookies and (ii) "profiling" cookies.

The technical cookies used by Panificio Follador are installed on the user's device to identify the user when they log in to its sites, analyze navigation to constantly optimize it, and conduct analyses aimed at improving the appearance, functionality, and security of the site. Processing methods
Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. No data derived from web services is subject to disclosure.
Users' personal data is processed solely to provide the requested service and is communicated to third parties only when this is essential. The communication of users' personal data is also required when requested by legal provisions or by authorities with the power to impose it.
Purpose of processing
Panificio Follador processes user data for the technical administration of its websites/blogs and for managing specific contact requests or services submitted by users. With explicit consent collected in the forms permitted by applicable regulations, Panificio Follador also processes user data for marketing activities (sending newsletters, informational and/or advertising material, as well as conducting market research and promotional activities and offering its own products and/or services).

Security measures are constantly improved in line with technological development. Personal data collected from Panificio Follador's websites/blogs is processed only by specifically authorized personnel who have been appropriately instructed.
Exercise of rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
Individuals to whom personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration or update, or correction. Pursuant to the same article, users have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
