Forno Follador at TuttoFood 2026
From May 11 to 15, Forno Follador participated in TuttoFood in Milan (Hall 5 - Stand S15), the leading international trade fair for the agri-food sector dedicated to a B2B audience.
For its trade fair debut, Forno Follador brought its large-format loaves—l’Autentica, la Nobile, la Sincera, and la Gentile BIO—high-quality products that contributed to the awarding of the Tre Pani (Three Loaves) prize by Gambero Rosso's Pane & Panettieri d’Italia guide. Alongside the breads, its signature leavened cakes were also showcased, from Christmas panettone to the Venexiana.
“TuttoFood was a concrete opportunity to meet a wide and qualified audience of distributors, industry professionals, and restaurateurs, both Italian and international. We shared with them what guides us every day in our laboratory in Pordenone: the selection of quality raw materials, the focus on slow and natural fermentation, continuous research, and the conscious use of technology. At the fair, we also presented our two lines of artisanal products dedicated to food service: Gelo, featuring par-baked, blast-chilled, and frozen products ready to be finished at the time of service; and ATP, with baked goods cooked and packaged in a protective atmosphere, which can be prepared in just a few minutes, reducing waste," comments Antonio Follador.
