Forno Follador at HostMilano 2025

From October 17 to 21 Forno Follador participated in HostMilano 2025, the international trade fair dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality. As a guest at the Tecnoarredamenti booth, Forno Follador presented a selection of artisanal baked goods to industry professionals and food enthusiasts.

To those who came to visit us, we offered a selection of our breads, focaccias and pizza bases presented in a tasting order designed to enhance textures and flavors, and accompanied by a selection of the best national and local specialties." says Antonio Follador.

The tasting begins with Pagnotta Sincera accompanied by tomato gazpacho and continues with Focaccia Soffice with prosciutto and mozzarella. The tastings continue with Tavolozza Mora with pumpkin, porcini mushrooms, friarielli and giovacco and Tutta Biga served with tomato sauce and fiordilatte. To finish, Focaccia Sfiziosa, filled with mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio.
