Forno Follador’s Christmas 2025 is made to measure

In line with new consumption styles, Forno Follador expands its collection by introducing innovative and versatile formats, designed to adapt to different moments of the day.

With this collection we want to make room for all these moments, so that everyone can experience Christmas their own way," says Antonio Follador. The quality and craftsmanship of Forno Follador are also recognized at the national level, with awards and accolades such as 2nd place among the best artisanal pandoros and 5th place among the best artisanal panettones according to Gambero Rosso rankings. But not just sweets: bread also stands out for excellence, confirmed by the Three Breads award, testifying to the care and attention dedicated to raw materials and production methods.

The new offerings include Folladorini 200 g (Panettoncino and Pandorato), perfect as a small gift or personal treat; the 500 g format, ideal to enjoy with family or friends; 800 g panettones, designed for festive gatherings; and the Traditional Panettone 1.5 kg, the star of the Christmas table.

Pandoro: the beating heart of Forno Follador's Christmas

For over twenty years Antonio Follador has worked the living sourdough starter with the same passion as the first day, selecting naturally strong flours, centrifuged butter, fresh cream and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla to create a pandoro with unmistakable softness and enveloping fragrance.

The 2025 novelty for pandoro is the new 500 g format, which maintains the classic star-shaped base but with more compact proportions, designed for those seeking a daily sweet gesture or an elegant gift. The size is available both for the Traditional Pandoro (also available in 1 kg format), and for The Other Pandoro: Tiramisu. Both are accompanied by Polvere di Stelle, our powdered sugar made by hand in the workshop: Bianco Follador for the classic and Ciock Follador, with cocoa and milk, for the tiramisu variant.

For those who love combining the softness of pandoro with the shape of panettone, there is Traditional Pandorato, in the convenient Folladorini 200 g format.

 

Panettones 2025: creativity and premium ingredients

The 2025 flavor is Berries and Hazelnut, a delicate and enveloping offering that combines simplicity and elegance, recalling the classic panettone but with a contemporary personality. The dough is enriched with natural strawberries, currants, blackberries and blueberries, semi-candied to preserve freshness and moisture, enhanced with a Langhe PGI hazelnut cremino and a 48% single-origin milk chocolate.

Alongside Berries and Hazelnut, the creative flavors are confirmed, all available in 500 g and 800 g formats: Pistachio Panettone with Bronte DOP pistachio; Mandarin and Gianduia Panettone with Ciaculli mandarin and Piedmontese gianduia; Mocha and Almond Panettone, made with the specialty blend from 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza; Chocolate and Sour Cherry Panettone with dark chocolate chips, white chocolate and candied sour cherries; Chocolate Panettone with Rocher Glaze featuring a crunchy shell of chocolate and almonds and a soft milk center.

Completing the collection is the Traditional Panettone, the star of the holiday table and symbol of Forno Follador's craftsmanship, in all the new available sizes, from 200 g up to 1.5 kg.
