Forno Follador at Cook Fest 2025

From October 24 to 26 Forno Follador participated in Cook Fest 2025, the food festival organized by Corriere della Sera. This year the central theme was comfort food, explored through food talks, guided tastings and cooking classes.

"Cook Fest is an event that allowed us to meet the general public and share our vision of contemporary bakery. It was the first time we participated in this event, a valuable opportunity to showcase the quality of our products and the value of a supply chain that combines innovation, craftsmanship and respect for tradition." says Antonio Follador.

Inside the Cook Market, the festival's marketplace bringing together artisan producers selected from all over Italy, Forno Follador presented the new large-format loaves (Autentica, Nobile and Sincera 2 kg) and the leavened products (traditional Venexiana and Apricot 400 g). As a preview for Christmas 2025, it was possible to taste and purchase the Panettone and Pandorato 200 g, the Panettoni 500 g (Tradizione, Mocha and Almond, Mandarin and Gianduia, Berries and Hazelnut) and the Pandoro Tradizione 500 g.
