Forno Follador at pordenonelegge 2025
From September 17 to 21, 2025, pordenonelegge returns, the most important book and literature festival in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. For this edition as well, Forno Follador confirms its participation, renewing its commitment to supporting culture and its local area. The 26th edition will be dedicated to freedom, the common thread throughout the festival program: five days, over 650 authors, 350 events, and more than 50 venues involved across the region.
“pordenonelegge is an event we have been close to for a long time. For us, participating means supporting an idea of culture that also comes from the hands, from daily gestures, and from passed-down knowledge. It is an opportunity to intertwine the language of food with that of books, the territory, and people. Our products, like words, need time, care, and freedom to grow. Again this year, in our stores – Il Posto, Lo Spaccio, and La Bottega – we will offer a special selection, both sweet and savory, inspired by the festival and designed for those who love to lose themselves in the pages of a book and the aromas of bread,” comments Antonio Follador.
The event supported by Forno Follador
As part of the festival calendar, Forno Follador is supporting the presentation of the book “Tutta l’Italia del pane” by Fulvio Marino. A miller, baker, and beloved TV personality, Marino will take the audience on a journey from north to south through the Italy of bread-making. The event is on Friday, September 19 at 7:00 PM at the PalaFumetto (Parco Galvani) in Pordenone. The meeting will be presented by journalist Gabriele Giuga, a contributor to Messaggero Veneto and FVG coordinator for the Slow Food Osterie d’Italia Guide.
