Alongside the breads, its signature leavened cakes were also showcased, from Christmas panettone to the Venexiana.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cTuttoFood was a concrete opportunity to meet a wide and qualified audience of distributors, industry professionals, and restaurateurs, both Italian and international. We shared with them what guides us every day in our laboratory in Pordenone: the selection of quality raw materials, the focus on slow and natural fermentation, continuous research, and the <strong>conscious use of technology.<\/strong> At the fair, we also presented our two <strong>lines of artisanal products dedicated to food service:<\/strong> Gelo, featuring par-baked, blast-chilled, and frozen products ready to be finished at the time of service; and ATP, with baked goods cooked and packaged in a protective atmosphere, which can be prepared in just a few minutes, reducing
