Gambero Rosso emphasized an offering that spans the entire day: from toast made with Pan Cappello Dodici Bio using \"whole\" flours and mountain grains, to croissants with savory fillings; from traditional breads like Friulano or Siciliano, to rolls designed to enhance any filling, to pizza bases and focaccias to reheat at home or enjoy on the spot.
